Her likeness has always been depicted, both in writing and art, as a dove-like bird large enough to eclipse the sun and with feathers the color of the skies she ruled. Wydarea is commonly associated with motherhood due to her great generosity and desire to protect and is often referred to as The Great Mother, even among other social groups. Supposedly it was her idea to lock the four Gods of Gens into another realm to help end the Great War. GOD: VHERIK The Lacerta God of knowledge and rebirth. His appearance rendered in the form of a massive basilisk whose scales were the colors of fall leaves and decorated with rosettes. Allegedly, Vherik was a blind God, though his lack of sight did not impair him but made him impossible to lie to – though he is a liar himself. It was he who gave magic to the people of Gens, distributing his knowledge to all races but is also known to be the vainest of the Gods who demanded rare metals for offerings. GODDESS: KYDAI The Goddess of barriers and passion is said to be an unfathomably beautiful leopard whose pelt mirrored the night sky and greatly respected by her Felis worshipers. She is said to be the most powerful in terms of barrier magic and eagerly flaunted her abilities. She is an exceptional strategist and defender but is easily distracted or led astray, hence how the Lacerta God managed to trick her into forging a dimension separate from Gens where the four Gods now reside. GOD: AUGRETH The Canis God of strength and justice has forever been shown as a canine-like creature with two heads. He is a prideful and fearless beast who lusts for conquest, the easiest deity to offend. It was Augreth who sparked the Great War of Gens, his hunger for expansion and power motivating him to attack the Felis Tribes due to their inability to get along. Alternatively known as The Conquering God. |
